Confirmations Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carefully handle all purchase order/purchase invoice for the GFS subsidiaries.
  • Communicate the PO/PI with the corresponding suppliers & customers.
  • Keep a track & record for the pending orders with decent follow up.

 

Qualifications and Education requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing or any other field.
  • Minimum experience 2 years.

 

Preferred skills:

  • Very good English & French communications skills.
  • Good & efficient tracker for the recorders
  • Accurate & attention to details.
